Quasi Online Examination System (QOES) Domain: Education |

MS-CIT is a Quasi-Online Examination Software developed exclusively for MSBTE. MS-CIT conducts an Objective as well as skill-based Exam It assesses proficiency in MS-Office 2007 under MS Windows Vista OS, and its duration is one hour. It declares results and issues certificate for the benefit of learner on the fly. Over 40 lakhs learners are registered since August 2001 all over Maharashtra. This multi-lingual Exam supports English, Marathi and Hindi languages and our knowledge partners are in the process of scaling similar solution in all Indian languages, over the next few years. This Online Examination is conducted in the nooks and corners of Maharashtra under the brand name “MS-CIT”. This is the best and most widely used application from our portfolio. It is very popular across the State Government employees and student community. Roadmap: A modified assessment tool with simulation and programming can be conducted to meet different e-learning goals of Government and Corporate clients. |

Enrolment to Result Management System (E-RMS) Domain: Education |
||
University level Result Management System is highly parameterized and flexible software, with integration in to ICR/OCR technology. It has Pre Exam, During Exam and Post Exam modules and manages complete information process from the stage of student Enrollment till the Certificate is issued. This application is currently used at State level Board and Technical University. Over 10 lakhs student data is processed by the software. Roadmap: We can develop, and deploy Customizable e-RMS as per the need of the client Universities. The e-RMS manages complete information process from the stage student is enrolled in the University, Board, Institute or College till he appears for examination, completes education and leaves college. It starts with creation and validation of enrollment of students for different terms of various courses conducted by generating center-wise, institute-wise appearance reports, Hall Ticket printing and finally class wise results and mark sheet generation. E-RMS consolidates data entered at various regions using Different technologies and interfaces such as ICR/OCR or a data entry screen or an Internet-ready interface and multi-location process for timely capture and processing of examination results, with a Secured processing environments. This application has sub-modules for Time Table preparation and Question Paper setting and thus offers complete End2End Campus Solution which is useful for any college, Institute or University or Board. This Application is being used currently by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State (MSBTE), and CSVTU-Bhillai. Roadmap: We have converted this solution to a Product format for a parameterized and flexible solution for Rapid Deployment at any University. It is also known as Enrolment-2-Examination System (E2E System). |

We have developed a Portal for the Maharashtra State Board for Technical Education (MSBTE). This portal facilitates dissemination of Information to all the Learners and learning Centers affiliated to the online exam activities, thereby reduced administrative load. This Portal offers Air-cover to the Brick-and-Mortar Applications and facilitates quick gathering and dissemination of information. With popularization of concept of portal within Education space, we disseminate information to stakeholders such as students, teachers and administrators in the nooks and corners of the State in a very short time-span. Every bit of information generated is passed on to users through this portal, including hosting of results reducing cost of conducting and managing examination process drastically. We have developed many other Intranet Portals for Pharmaceutical Company. This portal plays vital role in their day to day activities. |

Audit Trail System (ATS) Domain: e-Governance |

ATS System tracks SQL Server users under WAN over V-SAT. ATS keeps audit trail of activities carried out by help desk staff inside Query Analyzer. It tracks help-desk of around 450 Business Partners, spread over India for a Financial Services Organization. This application is developed to facilitate control and management of Help-Desk activities; similar customized solutions are possible for a PAN-India set up for monitoring Help-Desks under SOX law, since maintaining auditing trail and activity-reporting is crucial for IT Governance Best Practices. |
